Very nice batteries and please about my purchases
Great cells at a great price. I use them to make 2 cell receiver and ignition battery packs. I wouldn’t solder to them because you introduce too much heat to the battery but I spot weld tabs to solder to.

These batteries are super good, durable and reliable. Installed in an RC airplane with complete confidence. Also use them to replace a 12v sealed lead acid battery in our electric start Toro push mower's. WOW!!! what a difference they made cranking the 7 HP engine over.
I have been buying these cells from A123batteries for many years, total quantity in the hundreds of cells. Never once did I ever have a problem with either these cells, or with A123batteries.com. My applications pulls up to 40 Amps out of the cells, with one pack wired as 12 Series, 3 parallel pack with a maximum current of 130 Amperes.
Bought those cells for my Profoto Acute batteries. They use _exactly_ the same cells. Now the batteries work like new.
I've purchased some 200 A123 cells over the years. My West Mountain CBA battery analyzer shows these cells are near identical in performance. And they last many years with little change in performance under 40 Amp loads.
My A123 battery collection now in the hundreds of cells. And, they all consistently meet their performance specs.
